Insurance
If you have orthodontic insurance benefits, our team will gladly file your insurance claims for you and help you make the most of your available benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If you change insurance companies or join another employer’s plan, please let us know. If an insurance referral is necessary, please bring the completed form with you to your appointment.
We will do our best to help you use your insurance benefits. You are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within a reasonable time frame.
In-House Financing
Our in-house financing options feature 0% interest and no hidden fees, making it easier to fit treatment into your budget with an affordable payment plan.
Pay in Full & Save
Prefer to pay for treatment in full? Receive a pay-in-full discount when your treatment is paid in full with a single credit card, check, or cash payment. We do not charge patients an additional fee for using a credit card.
